The ORU Missions and Community Outreach programs are a key component of the university's mission to send students to the uttermost bounds of the earth, displaying God's light and power in every man's world. Students have the opportunity to experience diverse cultures and lifestyles while investing their skills into God's eternal purpose. This year, more than 30 missions teams will be traveling across the United States and around the world, trained and equipped to minister to those in need, while community outreach teams do the work of the Kingdom week after week during the semester and reach the city of Tulsa with the light of the gospel.
