Attendance at Big Team meetings is
mandatory for all missions participants. Big Team meets one Thursday out of every month from 4:30 to 6:20. If for any reason (class, work, or extra-curricular conflict) you are unable to attend a meeting, you must fill out a "Permission for Policy Exception" form and contact your leaders. Please turn it in one week prior to the meeting for approval.
